Softening Non-believers hearts

Do not give up on people that have hardened hearts. Whether it’s your family members, friends, co-workers, whoever. As the scriptures say "Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time, we will reap a harvest if we do not give up."

Embrace the Challenge

It’s inevitable as Christian’s to run into people that reject the love of Christ. It is our job as followers of Jesus to continue to plant seeds even if that means we are persecuted and rejected. God’s chosen people rejected him, but even though he was rejected he continued to spread the Good News.

What good is it to talk to people with hardened hearts?

  • Paul had a hardened heart and the Lord

changed him and he became an Apostle

  • Thomas doubted Jesus’ resurrection until

    he encountered Jesus(John 20:24-29)

  • Zacchaeus rejected Jesus until he

    encountered him then he repented

    (Luke 19:1-10)

Jesus himself said “There will be more rejoicing in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine righteous persons who do not need to repent.”

5 Ways You Can Soften Hearts

  1. Sharing the Gospel: ”Consequently, faith

comes from hearing the message, and the

message is heard through the word about

    Christ.”(Romans 10:17)

  2. Leading by Example: ”In the same way,

let your light shine before others, that they

may see your good deeds and glorify your

    Father in heaven.”(Matthew 5:16)

  3. Be Led by the Spirit: “For the Holy Spirit

will teach you at that time what you should

    say” (Luke 12:12)

  4. Patience and Perseverance: "Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time, we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.” (Galatians 6:9)

  5.  Gentle and Wise Communication:

”A gentle answer turns away wrath,

but a harsh word stirs up anger.”

    (Proverbs 15:1)
